Looking to Volunteer or work at Irons Homestead?

Summer staff are hired for their experience working with children and teens, interest in teaching youth about the environment and community, ability to model positive community and willingness to take initiative. 

Criminal Background checks are conducted on all staff and volunteers who are on site at the same time as campers.  Forty hours of paid, pre-camp training for all staff includes safety, policies, practical training, trauma informed counseling, systems theory, and behavior management.
